How long have you been in the business?

Wakingland started the journey during the 2020 Pandemic, when the world was united with a Global Pandemic that reminded people of the inevitable connection with nature.

The Website was launched on July 2020 after two year preparation.

 

What makes you different than others?

We are story tellers. We aim to bring the stories of the people who embarked on a journey of reconnecting with nature by bringing alternatives to plastic to the world, just like our ancestors they found solutions that are safe for our planet.

We bring stories of people who work with their own hands to bring handmade products, made with love.

We bring stories of people who realize that feeding the soul with wellness products can bring us closer to our divine.

Our promise if to become a market place for everything that a person might ever need from plastic free products to handmade to wellness for a sustainable authentic life.

 

How long will my order take to get to me?

Typically, we aim to deliver within 48 Hours with in United Arab Emirates. For Regional & Global deliveries it will take between 5-9 days.

*Please note: for international orders, shipping is in the hands of the courier, we make sure orders are processed within a day of being received excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

How much do you charge on delivery?

Free shipping charges for orders more than 190 AED within the UAE. Our Standard delivery charge is 18 AED within the UAE and for international shipping it varies across countries.

 

Do you use plastic when Shipping?

No. Our commitment to sustainability extends to our shipping practices. We ship low waste and plastic free, reusing boxes and water tape machine for ceiling the boxes.

For international shipping, we do the best we can to minimize what other couriers might use, but we make sure that the package dispatched from our side is low waste & plastic free.

 

Are all your products recyclable?

Yes. We make sure that all our products are plastic free or recyclable.
